The Simple DBT Skills Diary Card is a tool for people who are practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This is a popular psychotherapy method for people with BPD and those who are trying to get better. The program focuses on teaching the skills necessary to live a healthy life. It is based on a therapy model that was developed by the therapist James E. Hooten. He created a method that can be applied to any person, regardless of their age or the severity of their symptoms.

In order to practice the skills, the therapist asks the patient to write down what he or she thinks about a specific topic. This is called a Thought Diary. The patient is also asked to write down how he or she felt about that topic. This is called a Feeling Diary. The goal of the program is to teach the patient how to manage his or her emotions.

A patient is also taught to identify his or her thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is called a Mental Health Diary.
